Are you passionate about connecting people, fostering collaboration across borders, and creating real impact in the financial services industry?

We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised team player who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

Implement Consulting Group is a leading management consultancy with offices across the Nordics, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States. To strengthen our international Financial Services team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Impact Officer (community manager) to help drive business development and operational excellence across markets. If you love connecting the dots between people, ideas, and opportunities, this role is for you.

Role Overview:

The Financial Services Impact Officer (FSIO) will play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing our financial services initiatives across our different offices. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules, coordinate teams, monitor pipelines, and drive impactful communication within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, industry expertise, and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in our consulting outputs.

The FSIO will be based in Zurich, Switzerland, but will serve the entire Financial Services team in Implement across all global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear follow-up actions across offices.

  • Support international bid and proposal processes, connecting teams and maintaining quality and consistency.

  • Monitor the Salesforce pipeline, identify key opportunities, and activate the Financial Services community to contribute with expertise.

  • Keep the team informed about industry developments and opportunities, translating insights into concrete actions.

  • Manage and align the international events calendar, ensuring visibility of relevant external and internal events and supporting follow-up to capture leads.

  • Maintain and develop our knowledge base and reference-case library, working with project leads and AI teams to ensure best practice sharing.

  • Provide proposal and client meeting support, ensuring efficiency, quality, and impact in deliverables.

  • Help strengthen partnerships and capability mapping across markets to drive new business.

  • Collaborate with other Impact Officers to share best practices and continuously improve our ways of working.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have experience in financial services or a related industry and understand how the sector works

  • Are highly organised and enjoy keeping complex initiatives running smoothly

  • Communicate confidently in English and German (and if you also speak Danish, that’s a bonus)

  • Know your way around Salesforce and are curious about using AI tools to improve how we work

  • Are a natural connector – someone who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together

  • Feel at home in a fast-paced, international environment with lots of moving parts

  • Thrive in a trust-based culture where you take ownership and make things happen

What We Offer:

Implement Consulting Group is a global management consulting firm, focused on delivering sustainable strategic, commercial, and operational transformations for organisations. Founded in Denmark in 1996, Implement is now an international firm with over 1,800 employees and 12 offices across the Nordics, the DACH region, and the United States.

As a firm we emphasize a collaborative, human-centric approach, working "alongside" clients to create change with impact and to build future-fit organisations.

Internally, our mission is to build a consulting company that can be “the best place for the best people”. Our dream is to nurture a workplace and a culture where it is not the few who decide on behalf of the many. Where you can lead from anywhere. Where promotion is the result of merit and not at the expense of others in a fight for advancement on a narrow career ladder.

We are looking for team players who know that working together in teams with respect and kindness is the only way to achieve extraordinary and sustainable results.
