Would you like to be part of a leading Nordic management consultancy and help shape the businesses of tomorrow? At Implement, we are currently looking for students to join our fast-growing Business Performance team.

Who are we?

Our Business Performance team consists of more than 80 consultants. We are passionate about business transformation and committed to creating change with impact. We specialise in four areas: finance, risk & compliance, data enablement, and sustainability.

In Finance, we empower CFOs and transform finance functions to drive strategic value. By developing robust finance strategies, we enable companies to thrive while enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Our expertise includes finance strategy development, optimising net working capital, improving finance processes, enhancing performance management, and leading large-scale initiatives such as ERP implementations and finance operating model redesigns.

What will you do?

As a student at Implement, you will work on projects alongside our experienced management consultants. Our projects come in many shapes and sizes, and so do the tasks you will perform daily. It is our priority and ambition that you work directly with clients in the field. Your responsibilities will depend on your profile, interests, and the projects you are involved in, and as you grow, so will your responsibilities. In the beginning, you can expect to be involved in areas such as:

  • Creating content for workshops and presentations
  • Preparing, facilitating, and documenting workshops
  • Solving complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Contributing to finance transformations by assisting with process optimisation, performance management, or ERP implementation support
  • Supporting the development of finance strategies and operating models
  • And much more...

In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on internal responsibilities such as recruitment, facilitate monthly department meetings, and support culture-building activities.

You will work from our offices in Hellerup or downtown Copenhagen, from home, and at client sites.

Your profile

We need ambitious and resourceful students to join our team and help us drive change with impact for our clients, which is why we are looking for students who:

  • Strike a balance between IQ and EQ – grades and test scores are not everything to us, and we want you to have a human touch.
  • Study a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with a focus on finance, strategy, economics, or engineering.
  • Possess a strong, methodical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to express yourself fluently in written and spoken English.
  • Are curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Are self-driven, able to work independently, and take ownership of responsibilities and tasks.
  • Are genuinely interested in working on complex projects.

Moreover, you are empathetic, have a collaborative mindset and believe in an appreciative approach to executing change. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please apply ASAP.

What do we offer?

You can expect a workload of around 20 hours per week. Some weeks may require more hours, while others may require less – it depends on the project and your availability. It is important to us that you continue to focus on and thrive in your studies, so we will do our best to respect your schedule and exam periods.

We aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people through training and social activities. Most of your learning will come from the work you do on projects, and we offer an instructive, relevant, and versatile job where you will become familiar with management consulting through client projects and by working closely with senior colleagues. You will get a personal leader and a buddy from day one to support you in your journey as an aspiring Implementer and management consultant. As you invest your time and efforts in Implement, so do we in you. Basically, we want you to grow.
