Management Consultants in Supply Chain Planning – Graduates 2026
Job description
At Implement Consulting Group, we aim to make a real difference in the consulting industry. We are looking for talented graduates to join us in delivering complex supply chain transformation projects.
We design and deliver optimal supply chains by combining best-in-class processes with leading digital solutions. Our team transforms planning across demand, supply, and inventory—helping clients rethink how they plan, operate, and grow. By integrating digital enablers with core business processes, we create end-to-end impact from strategy and design to implementation and user adoption.
As demand for our expertise grows, we are expanding our team with driven graduates eager to learn, develop, and build deep capabilities in areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, and digital planning solutions.
What you’ll do
You’ll work on a wide range of client projects. Depending on your development goals and interests, your work may include:
- Designing and implementing planning excellence: Building robust, end-to-end processes across forecasting, demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory optimisation.
- Translating business needs into action: Converting requirements into clear process designs, governance structures, data flows, and implementation plans.
- Driving digital planning transformations: Advising on solution architecture and roadmaps for SAP IBP and other leading platforms—from concept to configuration and adoption.
- Facilitating adoption and capability building: training stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Delivering measurable impact: Improving planning tools and processes, strengthening performance management, and building capabilities that last.
What you’ll bring
You combine analytical strength, curiosity, and a passion for supply chain planning. We imagine you have:
- A master’s degree (completed or close to completion) in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, operations research, or business analytics—with strong academic results.
- Experience applying supply chain concepts through an internship, student job, or thesis project.
- A project-driven, adaptable mindset and an ability to navigate changing priorities and stakeholders.
- Interest in digital planning tools such as SAP IBP—or a desire to build expertise in this area.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
- A collaborative approach and comfort working in a flat, trust-based organisation.
- Curiosity, drive, and a motivation to learn and share knowledge.
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to structure and deliver compelling presentations in English (another European language is a plus).
- An inclusive mindset and a desire to create real, lasting impact.
If you're excited to build deep expertise in supply chain planning and help clients achieve better, faster, and more resilient outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
What we offer
At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. You’ll join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consultancy that empowers you to grow, lead, and innovate while creating impact for our clients.
- Deep functional expertise: Build mastery in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, S&OP/IBP, and digital planning tools—while taking real ownership of end-to-end planning transformations in an international setting.
- Hands-on from day one: Work closely with experienced consultants who strengthen your strategic thinking and methodological rigour.
- Continuous development: Access an ambitious internal training programme with keynotes, workshops, certifications, and mentoring to accelerate your growth.
- A high-trust culture: Enjoy autonomy, support, and a flat hierarchy in a team that shares knowledge and challenges the status quo.
