We’re looking for talented students who dream of transforming strategic ambition into value as junior consultants in our Strategic Execution and Acceleration team.

What you’ll do
As part of the Strategic Execution and Acceleration team, you’ll primarily work with the core operations of companies in the private sector, helping them design and execute projects and undergo large-scale transformations.

The role will be tailor-made to your competencies and interests. However, you must be enthusiastic about one or more of the following areas:

  • Strategy execution and benefits realisation
  • Business and organisational development
  • Management of projects, programmes, portfolios, and PMOs
  • Upskilling and developing capabilities among project/programme managers

Your areas of responsibility will vary between external client engagements and internal assignments, but at least 70% of your work will have an external focus.

Typical assignments include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Designing and facilitating presentations and workshops
  • Conducting advanced analyses and developing business cases
  • Supporting the development of mastery concepts
  • Supporting commercial activities by organising events and contributing to proposal materials

You’ll be working approximately 20-25 hours per week. However, we understand that you must prioritise your studies, particularly during exam periods.

What you’ll bring

You might be the one we are looking for if you are studying a relevant subject such as strategy, organisation, business development, project management, engineering, or entrepreneurship and have two or three years left of your studies.

On top of that, we’d prefer it if you:

  • Have a strong academic track record
  • Have advanced analytical skills and an empathetic, entrepreneurial, and curious mind
  • Are interested in helping us change the management consulting industry from within
  • Appreciate a network organisation where you are the entrepreneur and a proactive builder of your own career
  • Want to create change with impact for global organisations

What we offer

We offer a job in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial Scandinavian-based consultancy, where you will quickly be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will help you take your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level.

The expertise we represent in Strategic Execution and Acceleration is more relevant than ever, as project-based work is on the rise and organisations face growing complexity when they try to turn their strategic ambition into value. In a nutshell, this is what we do: we help organisations execute and accelerate transformations effectively.

To do that, we invest in internal training opportunities for all our employees, especially our student colleagues. You’ll benefit from diverse learning opportunities, including hands-on practice, mentorship, and collaboration with colleagues, and participation in our dedicated internal training programme for students.

During your time as a junior consultant, your development focus will be on:

  • Building a solid consultant toolbox
  • Developing your area of interest/passion (or finding it)
  • Growing personally and professionally in a supporting, caring, and challenging environment

In summary, the aim is to equip you to take on a position as a full-time management consultant after completing your studies.

Make your next move matter.

If you have any questions regarding the position, please feel free to reach out to Helena Nagel-Harvig (hnha@implement.dk) or Wendy Chu (siwc@implement.dk).

Application deadline: 5 April 2026
We will conduct the first round of interviews on the 6–7 May 2026. If you apply, please make sure that you’re available on these days.
