Implement Consulting Group in Malmö is looking for new colleagues to join our growing organisation and People Strategy team.

What you’ll do
Our People Strategy team is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced People & Organisation professionals who want to be part of our growth journey by building our team in the Swedish market.

In this role, you will help us drive transformations and change through a people-centred approach, meaning that you’ll be working on a wide range of projects and topics centred around:

  • Sustainable organisations (e.g. strategy-enabling organisational design, operating and service delivery models)
  • Reviewing, aligning, and building people strategies that unleash people potential
  • Driving HR transformation and optimising HR processes to create exceptional employee experiences
  • Supporting the people, culture, and organisational aspects of mergers and acquisitions, with a specific focus on successful post-merger integrations
  • Capability building, e.g. business-driven competency and capacity programmes, ensuring the right skills come into play at the right time to support business strategy
  • Developing and optimising HR technology and data insights to support organisations of the future
  • Driving HR digitalisation through HR technology strategy and implementation

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for candidates with a Master’s degree in business, human resources, organisational development, or a related field, preferably with 5+ years’ work experience in consulting/business development from a reputable consulting firm. Experience within HR transformation, organisational design and transformation, people aspects of M&A, and people sustainability is a merit.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A vision for and insights about future ways of working, new ways of organising, and how to increase organisational agility
  • Experience in leading roles in HR transformation projects (including organisational design, process improvement and development of employee experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and technology to drive insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Project management experience (i.e. the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within scope, timeline, and budget)
  • Strong ability to make change happen by enabling people

As many of our clients work in their local language, proficiency in a Nordic language is a requirement.

To be a leader and a role model within our team, we also expect you to be eager to strengthen our people-centred culture and values, drive our business development by creating thought leadership, and continuously develop our offerings and solutions. We see it important that you'll support us in building market awareness and supporting our business growth in the Swedish market.
